You can ask Numus to delete the personal information it holds about you.

How to ask

Email support@numus.io from the address associated with your account or purchase, with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm your request within [5 business days] and complete it within [30 days].

What we delete, and what we must keep

We delete your account details, contact information and the tracking data tied to you. Records of payments, refunds, payouts and tax — the ledger — must be kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires; we keep them, and only them, for that purpose, and delete them when the period ends.

Advertising platforms

If you bought through an affiliate's link, the affiliate's advertising platform may hold the conversion event it received. Those platforms keep their own data under their own policies; we will tell you which platform received an event about your purchase if you ask.
