These Terms of Sale apply when you buy a product through a Numus checkout page.

Who you are buying from

Numus — [NUMUS PAYMENTS LLC, confirm the legal entity and its address] — is the merchant of record for every purchase made through a Numus checkout. That means Numus is the seller: your contract of sale is with Numus, Numus charges your card, and Numus handles refunds, receipts and payment questions. The product itself is supplied by the vendor named on the checkout page ("Sold by @…").

Price and payment

The price shown on the checkout page is in US dollars. Where Numus is required to collect sales tax, it is calculated from your address and added at checkout before you pay. Your card is charged once, when you complete the order. Payments are processed by Stripe. Numus never sees or stores your full card number.

What you receive

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your statement

The charge appears on your card statement as NMS* followed by the name of the vendor you bought from.

Disputes

If something went wrong, please contact us first at support@numus.io — we can usually fix it faster than a card dispute. Filing a dispute with your bank remains your right.
