Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-10-02

This policy explains what information Numus collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers buyers, vendors and affiliates.

What we collect

Why we use it

To sell and deliver what you bought, to pay vendors and affiliates what they earned, to tell an affiliate's advertising platforms that a sale or refund happened (without your email, name or address), to prevent fraud and abuse, to keep our books and meet tax and legal obligations, and to answer you when you write to us.

Who we share it with

The service providers that run Numus for us, each only for that purpose: payment processing (Stripe), the payments vault for card, bank and tax numbers (Basis Theory), banking (Mercury), hosting and databases (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare), email (Resend), and error monitoring (Sentry). When an affiliate connects an advertising platform (Meta, TikTok, Google), that platform receives a conversion event carrying the ad click identifier and the sale amount — never your email, name or address. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Orders and the ledger are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires [confirm the period with the accountant]. Account data is kept while the account is open and for [period] afterwards.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or its deletion — see Data deletion. [Add state-specific rights (e.g. California) as the attorney advises.]
